According to the investigation, Igor Bayandin, possessing special knowledge in the field of information technology, found an Internet resource intended for blocking the activities of websites of Russian companies belonging to the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, and carried out hacker attacks on this resource. According to the official version, the man did this because he "had a negative attitude towards the Special Military Operation being conducted by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The measure of restraint is unknown. On June 23, 2023, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Rostov-on-Don found Igor Bayandin guilty and sentenced him to two years in a settlement colony and a fine of 500 thousand rubles. rubles.
