According to the official version, the man did this because he "had a negative attitude towards the Special Military Operation being conducted by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. On June 23, 2023, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Rostov-on-Don found Igor Bayandin guilty and sentenced him to two years in a settlement colony and a fine of 500 thousand rubles. rubles.
