He rented an apartment in the same entrance as the general, in February 2025 he bought a Volkswagen Golf car and installed a homemade explosive device in it, the components for which he took from a cache. On April 16, 2025, Kuzin parked a car with explosives near the house, and on April 19, he flew to Turkey." 2.
