Case Description
In the Republic of Bashkortostan, a criminal case was opened for financing the activities of an 'undesirable' organization committed during mobilization against Gulnara Gayfullina. The date of her detention is unknown. According to the investigation, from October 2, 2024, to August 13, 2025, Gayfullin, knowing about the recognition of the Ukrainian organizations "All-Ukrainian Spiritual Center "Renaissance" and "Vladimir Muntyan's Charitable Foundation "Renaissance" as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation, transferred 40,560 rubles in the form of donations to ensure their activities. The defendant in the case was required to appear for the duration of the investigation. On November 24, 2025, the Ufa District Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan found Gulnara Gayfullin guilty and sentenced her to 200 hours of compulsory labor. On December 25, 2025, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan changed the verdict: recognizing the commission of the crime during mobilization as an aggravating circumstance, it increased the punishment to 220 hours of compulsory labor. The rest of the sentence was left unchanged.
