During communication with militants, he received information about the creation of a homemade incendiary mixture and measures of conspiracy. It is alleged that to assist in the terrorist act, Levashov made two bottles with an incendiary mixture, which he hid on the territory of the cemetery. On October 23, 2025, the 1st Western Military District Court found Georgiy Levashov guilty and sentenced him to 18 years, with the first 3 years to be served in prison, and the remaining part of the sentence in a strict regime penal colony.
