In December 2022, Felix Eliseev, a resident of the Lipetsk region, was detained. A criminal case was opened against him for "calls for terrorism. According to the investigation, Eliseev administered the Telegram channel "Kolkhoz Madness" and on February 25, 2022, under the pseudonym Rumata Estorsky, published a post in it "calling for the overthrow of representatives of power in the Russian Federation, and its forcible seizure." On December 12, 2022, the Sovetsky District Court of Lipetsk chose Eliseeva a measure of restraint in the form of detention. Another case under this same article was opened against the young man on April 28, 2023. The reason was a publication dated April 1, 2022: "And the Ukrainians are great, they hit the oil depot in Belgorod, it's a pity they didn't hit Moscow. Striking the aggressor on his territory is good, it immediately brings to mind the bombing of Berlin by Soviet aviation in August 1941. In September 2023, it became known that a treason case had been opened against Eliseev. Law enforcement officials claim that the defendant transferred money to a Ukrainian citizen's crypto account, which was used to purchase "uniform and equipment that was used by the airborne assault forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during combat operations against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On December 19, 2023, the 2nd Western Military District Court sentenced Felix Eliseev to 14 years in a strict regime colony. 16 April 2024, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
