Case Description
On March 16, 2024, in Krasnodar, near the MZhK platform, unknown persons attempted to set fire to a battery cabinet. The traces of arson on the cabinet door were discovered by an electrical mechanic. On March 21, four residents of Krasnodar were detained on charges of arson - 38-year-old Anna Bekhala, 32-year-old Alexei Titaranko, 38-year-old Yevgeny Yablokov, and 29-year-old Alexei Lipatov. Law enforcement calls Alexey Lipatov the organizer and arsonist of the arson. According to the investigation, the instructions were sent to the young man via Telegram. He was allegedly promised to be paid 45 thousand for arson. rubles, of which 5 thousand. rubles he planned to give to his accomplices. A criminal case was opened against the Krasnodar residents for preparing a terrorist attack, as part of a group by prior agreement. The court sent all four to the SIZO. Later, Lipatov's charge was reclassified to incitement to sabotage, while the other three were accused of committing sabotage. Two other defendants in the case were also accused of illegal drug trafficking.
