Case Description
Во Владивостоке 6 мая 2025 года задержали 48-летнего местного жителя Евгения Поливко. Его обвинили в публичных призывах к терроризму. Подробности обвинения неизвестны. До избрания меры пресечения мужчину поместили в изолятор временного содержания.
7 мая 2025 года суд поместил фигуранта дела в СИЗО.
15 мая 2026 года 1-й Восточный окружной военный суд признал Евгения Поливко виновным и приговорил его к 7 годам лишения свободы в колонии общего режима.
