Case Description
In the Kherson region, a criminal case was opened against two Ukrainian citizens - 36-year-old Ivan Dovgopolyi and 29-year-old Yevgeny Litvinov. Ivan was detained on September 12, 2024. The date of Evgeny's detention is unknown. Ukrainians were accused of committing a terrorist act as part of a group of persons, illegal trafficking of explosives, participation in a terrorist organization and its financing. The details of the charges are unknown. The men were placed in a pre-trial detention center during the investigation.
