Case Description
In the city of Kuybyshev, Novosibirsk region, at the end of December 2025, four local residents were detained - 17-year-old Yevgeny Kondakov, 20-year-old Viktor Notov, 16-year-old Kirill Sizikov, and 15-year-old Matvey Tishin. They were accused of committing sabotage by a group of persons by prior conspiracy for monetary reward. According to the investigation, one of the minors committed four arson attacks on communication facilities, while two other minors committed three similar arson attacks. The details of the charges are unknown. 31 December 2025, the Kuybyshevsky District Court of the Novosibirsk Region chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention for all four defendants in the case.
