В Томской области не позднее декабря 2025 года задержали уроженца села Молчаново Евгения Гончарова. Его обвинили в государственной измене, а также в публичных призывах к осуществлению террористической деятельности, её публичном оправдании или пропаганде. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
На время следствия фигуранта дела отправили в СИЗО.
27 июля 2026 года 2-й Восточный окружной военный суд признал Евгения Гончарова виновным и приговорил его к лишению свободы в колонии строгого режима, размер наказания неизвестен.
