Kuriyazova Etibor Makhmudovna

At the end of January 2025, in the Moscow region, a 31-year-old local resident, a native of Uzbekistan, Etibor Kuriazova, was detained. A report on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against her. According to police reports, the woman, being in a public place near the Pyaterochka store, used crude obscene language and did not respond to repeated remarks from citizens to stop her hooligan actions. 31 January 2025, Judge Svetlana Moryakova of Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow Region sentenced Kuriazova to 15 days of administrative arrest. February 14, 2025, upon leaving the detention center, the woman was detained again. She was taken from Odintsovo to the city of Istra in the Moscow region, where a second protocol on an administrative offense was falsified against her under the article on petty hooliganism. According to police, Kuriazova "used crude obscene language against surrounding citizens, offensively harassed citizens, and blocked their passage." On February 17, 2025, the judge of the Istra City Court of the Moscow Region, Victoria Sosnovskaya, sentenced the woman to 5 days of administrative arrest. After serving his sentence, on February 19, 2025, Kuriazov was detained again. She was brought back to Odintsovo, where a third protocol on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was falsified against her, which claimed that Kuriazova again used obscene language in a public place. 20 February 2025, Judge Sergey Dolya of Odintsovo City Court of the Moscow Region sent the woman into administrative arrest for another 15 days. After serving her third administrative arrest, Etibor Kurliyazova was detained on criminal charges: she was accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization and committing a terrorist act. The details of the charges are unknown.
