Gyrdymova Elizaveta Andreevna (Monetochka)

In June 2024, the Moscow Prosecutor's Office sent materials from a check on a case of failure to fulfill the obligations of a foreign agent against singer Elizaveta Gyrdymova (Monetochka) to the Investigative Committee. Gyrdyamova was twice brought to administrative responsibility within a year under the article on violation of the order of activity of a foreign agent." 1. A criminal case was opened against Gyrdymova in early September 2024 for evading the performance of duties provided for by the legislation on foreign agents. According to the prosecution's version, Gyrdymova received support from foreign sources, collected funds in support of Ukraine, and spoke out against the special military operation. The Ministry of Justice included Monetochka in the register of foreign agents in January 2023. She herself lives outside of Russia. In October 2024, it became known that Gyrdymov was declared wanted.
