On August 3, 2024, the Central District Court of Kaliningrad chose a measure of restraint for Novikova in the form of detention. January 13, 2025, the Baltic Fleet Military Court found Elena Nikolaenkova guilty and sentenced her to a fine of 60 thousand. rubles.
