Case Description
In early November 2024, a criminal case was opened in Krasnoyarsk against local resident Elena Morozova on charges of calling for terrorism. According to the investigation, in April 2023, the woman left a comment under one of the videos of the Ukrainian TV channel "24 Channel" on YouTube. In it, Morozova allegedly wrote that peaceful protests in modern Russia no longer help change anything, and called for 'radical actions' - storming the Kremlin and using 'Molotov cocktails' instead of 'posters and slogans'. The security forces note that the comment was viewed by at least 2 YouTube users. The court chose a measure of restraint for Morozova in the form of a ban on certain actions - the woman is not allowed to leave the house at night and use the phone. On November 11, 2024, Morozova was ordered to undergo outpatient psychiatric examination.
