Case Description
On September 3, 2023, in the Kirov region at the station Kirov-Kotlassky, an unknown person set fire to a relay cabinet, which is used for the operation of an entrance traffic light. An electromechanical engineer discovered a completely burned relay cabinet. On September 7, two teenagers, Kirill Komarovsky and Egor Grechko, aged 16 and 17, were detained on charges of arson. A criminal case was opened against them for sabotage committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. According to law enforcement officials, 'objects of arson, as well as detailed instructions for making a flammable mixture and actions at the crime scene, were sent to them via messages through a messenger from a subscriber number that connected to the network through Ukrainian servers'."
