Case Description
В Камчатском крае против жителя поселка Ключи Дмитрия Огиенко возбудили уголовное дело об отказе исполнять приказ в условиях вооружённого конфликта. По версии следствия, в феврале 2023 года, находясь в расположении одной из воинских частей, дислоцированных в Петропавловске-Камчатском, Огиенко отказался от участия в боевых действиях, «осознавая объявленную в Российской Федерации мобилизацию».
16 августа 2023 года 35 Гарнизонный военный суд приговорил Дмитрия Агиенко к 2,5 годам колонии-поселения. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
