Case Description
1. In Syktyvkar, no later than July 2024, a criminal case was initiated for public calls for terrorism against a local resident, a native of Belarus, Dmitry Borisovich. According to the investigation, on July 25, 2022, Borisovich posted a text entry on the social network VKontakte, beginning with the words: 'To the stake...' and ending with the words: '... Ours, in Nuremberg, The Hague!!!!'. Law enforcement officers saw signs of an attack on the life of a state figure - the chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Zyuganov G.A., in order to stop his state and political activities. The measure of restraint is unknown. On October 23, 2024, the 1st Western Military District Court found Dmitry Borisovich guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 300 thousand rubles and deprivation of the right to administer websites on the Internet for 2 years.
