Case Description
On February 14, 2025, a citizen of Uzbekistan, Dilyor Boltayev, was detained in Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Krai. He was accused of disobeying a lawful order from a police officer. In their reports, law enforcement officers stated that Diler refused to present an identity document and also "used obscene language and categorically refused to get into the service vehicle." 3. On February 15, 2025, Judge Andrey Dashevsky of the Ust-Labinsk District Court of Krasnodar Krai found Boltaev guilty and sentenced him to administrative arrest for 10 days. After the end of the administrative arrest, Dilyora was accused of planning to participate in the activities of a terrorist organization. The man was arrested and placed in a pre-trial detention center. The details of the charges are unknown.
