Case Description
According to the investigation, Angasan Moldakhmetov received an anonymous message on Telegram offering to set fire to the military enlistment office and receive a reward of six million tenge (approximately 800 thousand rubles)." "Together with another citizen of Kazakhstan, Seil Dias Muratuly, they crossed the Russian border, set fire to the military enlistment office building in the night of May 13, 2022, and immediately left back to Kazakhstan." They did not receive the promised reward. Seil Muratuly is wanted by the federal authorities. Angasan Moldakhmetov was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony.
