Case Description
In the city of Kreminna in the occupied part of the Luhansk region, a criminal case of espionage was opened against a local resident, a citizen of Ukraine, Denis Zelchan." 2. On November 6, 2025, the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic found Denis Zelchan guilty and sentenced him to 14 years of imprisonment to be served in a strict regime correctional colony.
