Case Description
В Волгограде не позднее октября 2024 года задержали 21-летнего местного жителя Дениса Ярославцева. Его обвинили в покушении на государственную измену и теракт, незаконный оборот взывчатых веществ и взрывных устройств и содействии террористической деятельности. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
Сам Денис рассказал, что «служил в ГУР и пошёл в ВС РФ чтобы шпионить для ВСУ».
Суд поместил мужчину в СИЗО.
2 апреля 2026 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Дениса Ярославцева виновным и приговорил его к 24 годам лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима с отбыванием первых 4 лет в тюрьме. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
