Case Description
В Санкт-Петербурге не позднее августа 2025 года возбудили уголовное дело против местного жителя Дениса Ильюченко. Его обвинили в участии в деятельности террористической организации и в государственной измене.
По версии следствия, после начала «специальной военной операции» Ильюченко выехал из России в Грузию, после чего добрался до Украины, где вступил в ряды Вооружённых сил Украины.
Фигуранта дела объявили в розыск.
9 июля 2026 года 1-й Западный окружной военный суд признал Дениса Ильюченко виновным и заочно назначил ему наказание в виде лишения свободы, размер наказания неизвестен.
