September 21, 2023, the 2nd Western District Military Court found Denis Anokhin guilty and sentenced him to 4 years in a general regime colony. The court also deprived Anokhin of the right to administer websites on the Internet for 3 years. On December 12, 2023, the Appellate Court upheld the sentence.
