He threw two Molotov cocktails into the military enlistment office building on Tchaikovsky Street, and then tried to ram it with a car. During the interrogation, the man reported that since mid-July, telephone scammers had been "processing" him via WhatsApp, and during this time they had persuaded him to take out several loans under various pretexts. Then a bank security service employee allegedly approached Perov, introducing himself as "German Aleksandrovich" and offering, according to preliminary information, to connect him with someone who could help in his trouble. The guy could not explain coherently what he was doing near the military commissariat and why he needed a bottle of gasoline. First, a protocol was drawn up against Yuldashev for violating the regime of stay in the Russian Federation. However, later Yuldoshhev was charged with a major case of attempted terrorism committed by a group of individuals by prior conspiracy. On August 12, 2023, the Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg sent Yuldoshev into custody. On June 21, 2024, the Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg found Davronbek Yuldoshev guilty and sentenced him to 1 year and 9 months in a penal colony-settlement. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
