В Новосибирской области не позднее 14 октября 2024 года задержали 19-летнего местного жителя Данила Гончарова. Его обвинили в диверсии и в совершении террористического акта, повлекшего значительный имущественный ущерб или иные тяжкие последствия. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
На время следствия фигуранта дела поместили под стражу.
23 декабря 2025 года 2-й Восточный окружной военный суд (признал Данилу Гончарова виновным и приговорил его к лишению свободы в колонии строгого режима, размер наказания неизвестен.
28 мая 2026 года Апелляционный военный суд оставил приговор без изменения.
