In February 2023, a 9th grade student Danil Avgustov was detained in Tobolsk, Tyumen region. According to the investigation, the schoolboy planned to set fire to the military enlistment office of Tobolsk and the Tobolsk district." 2. He was accused of preparing a terrorist attack committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy." On April 21, Danila was released from the SIZO under house arrest, but on the 28th he was taken again and sent to a psychiatric hospital in the city of Vnzili for inpatient psychiatric examination. On September 15, 2023, the Central District Military Court issued a decision to apply compulsory medical measures against Danil Avgustov. The decision was not appealed and entered into legal force.
