Case Description
On February 10, 2023, a criminal case was opened in Lipetsk against a local resident, drawing teacher Daniil Kluki. He was accused of "aiding terrorist activity. According to the investigation, on October 18, 2022, he exchanged 20 thousand rubles for cryptocurrency and then transferred it to the electronic wallet of "Azov. 11 February 2023, the Soviet District Court of Lipetsk sent Klyuk to a pre-trial detention center. On June 19, 2024, the 2nd Western Military District Court found Daniil Klyuk guilty and sentenced him to 20 years in prison. Out of them, Klyuka will spend 5 years in prison, the rest - in a strict regime colony. The court also fined Klyuke 500 thousand. rubles and 1.5 years of supervision after release. On April 3, 2024, the Appellate Military Court upheld the sentence.
