Case Description
In Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region, in August 2025, 20-year-old local resident Daniil Yemelyanov was detained. A report on an administrative offense under the article and petty hooliganism was drawn up against him. According to police reports, Yemelyanov "violated public order and the peace of citizens, demonstrating obvious disrespect for society, accompanied by obscene abuse, associated with disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers. Judge Yulia Shiryaeva of the Sergiyev Posad City Court of the Moscow Region sentenced the young man to 10 days of administrative arrest on August 12, 2025. After serving his sentence, Emelyanov was detained on criminal charges: he was accused of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization. The details of the charges are unknown. On August 22, 2025, the Sergiyev Posad City Court of the Moscow Region placed the defendant in the case in custody at the request of the investigation."
