Archilov Dalerzhon

In late March 2024, a local resident, a citizen of Tajikistan, Dalerzhon Archilov, was detained in Novosibirsk. He was accused of 'fakes' about the Russian army and hooliganism with the use of threats of violence. The reason for the criminal prosecution was Archilov's public statements in two shopping centers in the city. According to the investigation, Dalerzhon "disseminated knowingly false information about the goals, methods and course of the special military operation, as well as "used crude obscene language, insulting Russian women, and condemning the decision of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation to conduct a special military operation. On April 3, 2024, the Kalininsky District Court of Novosibirsk, at the request of the investigator of the Zaelitsky Interdistrict Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region, sent Archilov under arrest.
