According to the investigation, from February 2022 to mid-March 2024, Achilov publicly spoke about the "goals, methods and course" of the war in Ukraine and Putin's actions, as well as "expressed himself in crude obscene language, insulting Russian women. man "showed clear disrespect to society" and was guided by "hatred" towards citizens of the Russian Federation and representatives of the "social group of servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. It is claimed that Achilov insulted Putin by saying that if the president were not sitting in Moscow but were at the front line, there would be 'results'." He allegedly insulted Russian women during an argument with market worker Oksana. April 3, 2024, the Kalininsky District Court of Novosibirsk chose Achilova a measure of restraint in the form of detention.
