Case Description
In December 2024, Bulat Ksenofontov, a 22-year-old local resident, was detained in Yakutsk. He was accused of public calls for terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. On December 12, 2024, the Yakutsk City Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed the defendant in a case under house arrest at the request of the investigation. On May 30, 2025, the 1st Eastern Military District Court found Bulat Ksenofontov guilty, the amount of punishment is unknown. Most likely, the man was sentenced to imprisonment and taken into custody in the courtroom. On October 30, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the verdict unchanged.
