Case Description
In Yekaterinburg, no later than July 2023, a criminal case was opened for incitement to treason and illegal possession of weapons against 65-year-old Boris Grushko. The details of the charges are unknown. The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg chose a preventive measure for the man in the form of detention. Later he was transferred to Tyumen. On June 17, 2024, the Tyumen Regional Court found Boris Grushko guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment in a strict regime colony. The size of the punishment is unknown. On October 8, 2024, the Second Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction left the verdict unchanged.
