Case Description
In the Belgorod region, no later than October 2023, a 21-year-old resident of Nefteyugansk, Bogdan Beloy, was detained. He was accused of attempted participation in the activities of a terrorist organization and attempted state treason. The details of the charges are unknown. The young man was placed in custody for the duration of the investigation. On July 2, 2025, the 2nd Western Military Circuit Court found Bogdan Belyy guilty and sentenced him to 12 years in prison, the first three years he will spend in prison, and the remaining 9 years in a strict regime correctional colony. Also, he was fined 300 thousand. rubles. On October 29, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the verdict unchanged.
