Case Description
1. In Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk Oblast, no later than November 2024, two underage residents were detained - 15-year-old Oleg Kimchev and 16-year-old Artem Tselovalnikov. A criminal case was initiated against them for planning a terrorist attack by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. The Pervouralsk City Court of Sverdlovsk Oblast sent the teenagers to a pre-trial detention center.
