Case Description
In Yaroslavl, in April 2023, Artem Kuznetsov was detained. Against him a criminal case was initiated for spreading knowingly false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The reason for the criminal prosecution was posts on VKontakte. Kuznetsova was taken into custody. Later it became known that he is also charged with calls for extremism and activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation. The Yaroslavl resident was placed under house arrest.
