According to the prosecution's version, by December 2022, he had withdrawn more than 654,771 rubles in bitcoins. It later became known that Khoroshilov was charged with attempted illegal manufacture of weapons and commission of sabotage. According to the investigation, in May 2022, Khoroshilov photographed the railway near a defense enterprise in Noginsk to choose a place to install an explosive device.
