Case Description
В городе Кандалакша Мурманской области 9 ноября 2024 года задержали 42-летнего местного жителя Артёма Богерука. Его обвинили в конфиденциальном сотрудничестве с иностранным государством в ущерб России.
По утверждению силовиков, Богерук «передал координат аэродрома под Оленегорском».
На время следствия фигуранта дела поместили в СИЗО.
В апреле 2025 года обвинение против мужчины переквалифицировали в государственную измену.
9 июля 2025 года Мурманский областной суд признал Артёма Богерука виновным и приговорил его к 12 годам лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима.
8 октября 2025 года Второй апелляционный суд общей юрисдикции оставил приговор без изменения.
