Case Description
On September 5, 2022, in the occupied Kherson region, local resident and Ukrainian citizen Artur Daveglis was abducted from his home. Subsequently, a criminal case was opened against him for espionage. The details of the charges are unknown. On March 13, 2024, the Kherson Regional Court found Artur Daveglis guilty and sentenced him to 10.5 years in a strict regime penal colony.
