Case Description
In Moscow in March 2025, a 45-year-old employee of Rostekhnadzor, Arsen Mnatsakanov, was detained. Russian FSB Investigative Directorate opened a criminal case against him for treason. According to the investigation, Mnatsakanov established confidential cooperation with representatives of Ukraine. In 2024, on his own initiative, he passed information to the Ukrainian side about the work to protect industrial and energy facilities in the border territories of Russia, as well as about the locations of units of the Armed Forces. On March 19, 2025, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow placed Arsen Mnatsakanyan under arrest.
