Case Description
In the city of Yasny, Orenburg Oblast, a criminal case was opened for "fakes" about the Russian army against a local 37-year-old resident, Arman Burangaziev. Date of detention, as well as the chosen preventive measure, are unknown. According to the investigation, in October 2022 and twice in 2023, Burangaziev published on his VKontakte social network page "untruthful information in the form of assertions about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation." It is unknown what exactly the man wrote. On July 17, 2024, the Yasnensky District Court of the Orenburg Region found Arman Burangaziev guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 250 thousand. rubles
