Case Description
In the occupied part of Donetsk region, no later than April 2025, 34-year-old local resident and Ukrainian citizen Anton Doroshkevich was detained. He was accused of publicly justifying terrorism committed using the Internet. According to the investigation, in June 2024, Doroshkevich, while at his place of residence, posted messages on the Internet justifying the commission of a terrorist act. The details of the charges are unknown. There is no information about the measure of restraint. On October 22, 2025, the Southern District Military Court found Anton Doroshkevich guilty and sentenced him to 5.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. He was also banned from engaging in activities related to posting materials on the Internet for 2 years.
