В Томске не позднее октября 2025 года возбудили уголовное дело о публичных призывах к осуществлению экстремистской и террористической деятельности против местного жителя Антона Демко. Дата его задержания и подробности обвинения неизвестны.

15 декабря 2025 года 2-й Восточный окружной военный суд признал Антона Демко виновным и назначил ему в качестве наказания штраф в размере 375 тыс. рублей. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
