Case Description
According to the investigation, neurologist Ivan Churinov, together with Anton Bykov, drove to the Aksaysky district, Rostov-on-Don and Novocherkassk at night in September 2022 and threw bundles of red paint at banners with portraits of Russian military personnel. Bykov's case has been separated into a separate proceeding. On June 2, 2023, the court sentenced Ivan Churinov to a fine of 800 thousand rubles.
