Perepyolkina Anna Evgenevna

On January 16, 2026, 18-year-old local resident Anna Perepolkina was detained in Murmansk. She was accused of preparing to commit a terrorist act.

According to the version of the investigation, the girl tried to set fire to the building of the military enlistment office in Murmansk. The FSB claims that Perepolkina acted on the instructions of phone scammers, who gained access to her account on "Gosuslugi" and under the guise of "investigators" threatened her with criminal prosecution. According to the version of the law enforcers, the fraudsters convinced the girl that the recruiting office was "the office of telephone swindlers" and transferred her money to travel to Murmansk and take action against the object. Anna herself explained at the interrogation that she became a victim of deception and intimidation.

On January 16, 2026, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention in respect of the defendant in the case.
