Case Description
1. A criminal case was initiated against contract serviceman Andrey Timin for refusing to participate in combat operations in Ukraine. On August 8, 2023, Judge Konstantin Nikolayevich Zelenkov of the Krasnorechensky Garrison Military Court in the Khabarovsk Territory sentenced Andrey Timin to 2 years 6 months of imprisonment in a settlement colony. On October 25, 2023, the 1st Eastern Military Circuit Court in Khabarovsk considered Timin's appeal and left the verdict unchanged.
