Case Description
In Rostov-on-Don, no later than August 2024, a 45-year-old local resident, a native of Udmurtia, Andrey Shilyayev, was detained. He was accused of treason, participation in the activities of a terrorist organization, and illegal handling of explosives or explosive devices. The details of the charges are unknown. The court placed the man in a pre-trial detention center. On December 2, 2025, the Southern District Military Court found Andrey Shiryaev guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment in a strict regime colony, the size of the punishment is unknown.
