Case Description

A report on an administrative offense under the article on petty hooliganism was drawn up against him." According to police reports, Malakei "used obscene language in the presence of citizens." Judge Edena Shamanova of the Mineralnye Vody City Court of the Stavropol Territory sentenced the man to 15 days of administrative arrest the next day, December 6. On December 20, 2024, upon leaving the temporary detention facility, Malakeya was again detained and a second report was fabricated against him under the article on petty hooliganism, stating that he "used crude obscene language" in a public place." "The next day, on December 21, Judge Zhanna Gorislavskaya of the Mineralnye Vody City Court of the Stavropol Territory sentenced the man to 7 days of administrative arrest. After serving his sentence, on December 27, 2024, a third protocol was drawn up against Malakei under the article on petty hooliganism with a similar accusation narrative. On December 28, a fine was imposed on the man for it, but he was not released, but detained within the framework of a criminal case - Malakeya was accused of participating in a terrorist organization and preparing for treason. According to the FSB's version, Malakei "no later than September 2, 2024" decided to go to Ukraine and join the Ukrainian army. It is claimed that he planned to participate in "transferring practical skills in training and using weapons and military equipment. Since November 2024, the man allegedly corresponded in Telegram with a member of the Russian Volunteer Corps. The court placed the defendant in custody.
