Case Description
In the working settlement of Mikhnevo in the Moscow region on December 23, 2023, two local residents were detained - 17-year-old Andrey Kostyrev and 18-year-old Stanislav Ulzutuev. They were accused of committing sabotage by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. According to the security forces, the young men broke into and set fire to a relay cabinet of the signaling, centralization, and blocking system on the section between Mikhnevo and Usady. The contents of the device burned out completely. On interrogation, the defendants admitted that they received such an assignment from an unknown person through a messenger and completed it for a reward. The court sent the defendants in the case to the SIZO.
