Case Description
In Russia at the beginning of June 2024, a lead case was initiated about "fakes" about the Russian army on the grounds of political hatred and inciting hatred or enmity against 42-year-old Ukrainian actor Andrey Khabarov. The reason for the criminal prosecution was an Instagram post about the shelling of Kramatorsk station, published on the day of the tragedy, April 8, 2022." 5.
