According to the investigation, Andrey Enyukov planned to set fire to a warehouse of fuel and lubricants and a center for humanitarian aid for refugees from Donbass. For the duration of the investigation, the court sent Enyukov to a pre-trial detention center. The Southern Military District Court found Andrey Enyukov guilty and sentenced him to 10 years in a strict regime colony with the first 3 years to be served in prison. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
